J-cast Precision Metal Co., Ltd. was established in September 2005 in Dongying City, Shandong Province. Due to business growth, the company increased its investment to USD 550,000 in 2007 and relocated to a new site in December of the same year. The facility covers 6,000 square meters, with 3,000 square meters of workshop space, employing 130 staff members. The annual production capacity reaches 600 tons, with annual sales of USD 3,500,000.
The company’s founder received training in precision casting technology in the United States in the early 1980s. With more than 30 years of practical experience, he has cultivated a top-tier technical team in China specializing in precision casting and metal processing. To provide customers with the most professional OEM and ODM services, the company integrates upstream and downstream capabilities, covering design, development, manufacturing, finished products, and assembly. Main products include components made of stainless steel, carbon steel, low alloy steel, tool steel, heat-resistant steel, ductile iron, and copper alloys. Applications cover food machinery parts, medical device parts, pneumatic tool parts, automotive components, fluid equipment parts, furniture hardware, marine hardware, and architectural hardware. In particular, ductile iron products produced by investment casting have received high praise from customers.
